Leidiana’s inspiring journey into the home healthcare industry began with a profound personal loss—the passing of her beloved mother. This heartbreaking experience ignited a deep desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Seeking purpose through service, she began volunteering in nursing homes and hospitals, where she discovered her true calling: providing compassionate care and advocating for those in need.
Today, with more than 28 years of experience in the home healthcare industry, Leidiana has dedicated her life to serving one of our most vulnerable populations—older adults and their families. Throughout her career, she has combined compassion with excellence, continuously pursuing education and professional development to strengthen her expertise in healthcare, business leadership, care management, and organizational development.
As a Stanford Graduate School of Business student, Leidiana continues to expand her knowledge in entrepreneurship, innovation, and strategic leadership, bringing world-class business principles to the healthcare consulting industry. Her commitment to lifelong learning allows her to help entrepreneurs build successful, compliant, and sustainable home care organizations while maintaining the highest standards of compassionate care.
As the former owner of Amore Home Care and ClickMed, Leidiana earned a reputation for delivering exceptional care, operational excellence, and unwavering support for clients and families. She also developed comprehensive corporate systems and training programs that empowered healthcare professionals to provide outstanding patient care while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
Today, as the Founder and CEO of Click Consulting, Leidiana works with healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, and investors to guide them through every stage of launching, operating, and growing successful home care agencies. From state licensing and corporate systems to compliance, marketing, leadership, and care management, she provides practical solutions built on decades of real-world experience.
